We are pleased to announce that on July 2 at 16:00 there will be a meeting with Eduard Uraskulov, Head of Global Business in the British energy startup Tesseract Energy, ex-EuroChem, Goldman Sachs, UBS, MAE’09.
The meeting is about M&A in the chemical and energy industry. Eduard will talk about the specifics of the chemical industry, the energy market, logistics and the possibilities of restructuring of distribution channels under sanctions pressure. The speaker will share his experience in evaluating projects from these industries, talk about the British energy startup Tesseract Energy, as well as building a career in M&A.
Eduard graduated from the NES Master’s Program and received his Bachelor of Economics degree at the Moscow State University. Edward began his career in 2008 as Summer Intern at the IBD of Renaissance Capital in Moscow. After graduating from NES, Edward worked for three years at IBD UBS, where he was an Associate in the EMEA Energy team. In 2012, Edward transferred to Goldman Sachs, where he held the position of the Executive Director of the EMEA Natural Resources team in the London office. In 2020, Edward became the head of the corporate M&A Group EuroChem, one of the largest producers of mineral fertilizers in the world, and in June 2022 moved to the British energy startup Tesseract Energy.
The meeting will be held in an online format on the Zoom platform.
